Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on the same day they are placed on my website, unless the order was placed during a holiday or weekend, in which case the order will be processed on the next working day.

I always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.


All of my products leave our facility 1/6 days after the order is shipped. We ship to all countries by ship, which allows us to offer international service.

Estimated average time: My products are shipped in three days:

Usually: 7-12 days depending on the demand of the product.

In special cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical problems, shipping may take 2-3 weeks.

If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed with a refund for orders that were lost/not shipped.

All of my shipments are insured and have a tracking number, which can facilitate the delivery of your order.

Please note
*If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and notifies us a few minutes after the order is placed (before the parcel and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund and further shipping of the package will be at the expense of the customer and the buyer.

*Beth's Gems is not responsible for any damage to the products during shipment and therefore will not grant a refund in such cases.


*If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, notification will proceed via PO Box and if the package is not received by the notified office within 15 days, it will be reshipped to the factory that lost the package with no possibility of refund.

*If the package has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, as shipments are under the delivery of external companies of Ruth's Gems and we do not have the authority to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case they have not provided the correct address, moved house, etc.

The estimated delivery time may be affected by factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance.

Under no circumstances will Ruth's Gems be responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied at customs for the package purchased, so the buyer and customer will be responsible for providing the required value to customs without being able to process a refund.

*Any returns for any reason will be at the customer's expense (we will pay the cost of returning the product to the buyer).

*By purchasing from our website you accept all of the above terms and conditions, so no refunds will be given if they are not adhered to.
